Transport Services for Tariff Gas and its Distribution Among Gas Distribution Enterprises in Ukraine

Abstract

The paper studied the formation of tariff for the services of natural gas transportation and distribution of its gas distribution companies in Ukraine. Determined that the market development of natural gas transportation plays an essential to the state’s economy and living standards of its population, because according to the Constitution, Ukraine is a socially oriented state, which aims to ensure the conditions for the welfare of citizens. On the way one of the organizing welfare component is to provide individuals and companies in the country with natural gas. The key to this goal is a reliable, economically reasonable needs of the population and the economy in general. In order to adapt to the requirements of EU legislation with the practice of setting tariffs in the European Union and in compliance with the Law of Ukraine «On the natural gas», the National Commission for state regulation in the energy and utilities was accepted method of determining and calculating tariffs for transportation of natural gas entry points and exit points based on years of incentive regulation and ensure the necessary revenue and profits in the regulatory framework act and compliance with regulatory asset base and revenue regulations. Learning Management Problems gas transmission companies in Ukraine conducted many leading scientists. At the same time need to be clarified questions about the process of tariff on natural gas transportation services, and creating this relevant organizational and economic mechanism.
