The System of Realization Management Decisions Socio-economic Sustainability of an Enterprise

Abstract

In the article the essence of the socio-economic sustainability of the enterprise, the basic her elements that characterize components of the сondition in which it is possible realization of the process of making management decisions to ensure the sustainability of the system development of the enterprise. In addition, the research process, it was determined that to build a system of indicators for sustainable development of the enterprise and the implementation of its long-term socio-economic sustainability it is advisable to use a generated us the methodology of the system of managerial decisions and the basic requirements for their adoption. We have determined that the task of ensuring socio-economic sustainability of the enterprise depends on achieving two main pillars of sustainable development, namely: security (reducing the likelihood of failures in various subsystems of the enterprise) and increase adaptability (ability to recover key performance indicators). The main result of the article is a build of logical flowchart of the algorithm of realization of socio-economic sustainability of the enterprise-based system management solutions, that it used to optimize management in modern conditions of dynamic and unstable development.
