Abstract

In the article the essence of the mechanism of public and private partnership to strengthen economic security in terms of business development has been determined. Program and strategic directions for the development of innovative partnership competitive strategy formations of the country have been selected and justified. It is stated that the given directions implement the national program of increasing the competitiveness and reflect the basic elements of public policy.
The combination of the project approach to the solution of national social and economic challenges with innovative legal schemes of public and private partnership will be the basis for soluting issues of economic and social policy and economic security
