INNOVATIVE, DIGITAL AND ENVIRONMENTAL DETERMINANTS OF SUSTAINABLE STRUCTURAL RENEWAL OF THE UKRAINIAN ECONOMY

Introduction. Currently, the economic space of Ukraine is being formed in conditions of large-scale structural shifts caused by the combined action of endogenous and exogenous factors. The exhaustion of the potential of resource-oriented models, increased energy vulnerability and rapid digital diffusion lead to a rethinking of the mechanisms of economic reproduction. At the same time, the national economy demonstrates limited adaptability, which is manifested in institutional rigidity and fragmented inclusion of environmental and digital imperatives in the contours of strategic management. Under such conditions, the transformation from a traditional model to an innovation-oriented digital architecture actualizes the need to identify factors capable of ensuring long-term balance of the economy.
Purpose. The purpose of the study is substantiation of the role of innovative, digital and environmental determinants in ensuring sustainable structural renewal of the Ukrainian economy, as well as identification of the directions of their influence on the effectiveness of transformation processes and the formation of conceptual approaches to the integration of green and digital development policies.
Methods. The methodological basis of the study is a systematic approach to the analysis of the main determinants of the structural renewal of the Ukrainian economy. The following methods were used: comparison to identify trends in the development of the green and digital economy; abstract - for a theoretical generalization of the essence of the determinants of sustainable development; logical generalization method to form conclusions and determine the relationship between digitalization, environmental innovations and structural transformation of the economy.
Results. The article examines the innovative, digital and environmental determinants of sustainable structural renewal of the Ukrainian economy in the context of its transition to a green and digital economy model. It is determined that the combination of digitalization with environmental innovations forms new vectors of structural transformation aimed at increasing the efficiency of resource use and overall strengthening of the competitiveness of national production. The systematic interrelationships between digital technologies, environmental investments, and structural changes in economic sectors were investigated. It was found that digital solutions provide the ability to monitor environmental processes and functionally optimize business processes at all levels.
Conclusions. The key determinants of green and digital transformation are identified, based on institutional support, investment attractiveness, and human capital development. The need to assess the impact of these determinants on the pace of structural renewal of the Ukrainian economy is proven and strategic guidelines for the transition to an innovative and ecological model of development are substantiated.
