Open Access Policy and Confidentiality

This journal practices Open Access to published content, supporting the principles of the free dissemination of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge for universal social progress. All articles are placed indefinitely and free of charge in the full-text format immediately after the publication of the number on the official website of the magazine. Full text access in real time to scientific articles of the journal is presented on the official site of the magazine in the archives section and on the site of the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine.

The authors of the manuscripts entrust the editors with the results of their scientific and creative work, which may affect their reputation, particularly in the area of research, and their subsequent careers. For this reason, all manuscripts and supplementary materials received for consideration must be treated as confidential documents which may not be shown to any third party or discussed with a third party. The confidentiality of the author(s) may be broken in exceptional cases if fraud or dishonesty is detected on the part of the author(s).
